Modern production equipment include roll framing, high performance break presses, plastic injection, progressive tooling, CNC turret presses and our powder coating application systems designed and installed by Nordson, a leader in powder coat systems in the USA.  We have the ability to in-house manufacture both metal and plastic components.  

Our manufacturing facility is located in Southern Guangdong province and covers 85,966 square meters (925,000 square feet).  Our manufacturing plant has a well equipped Quality Testing Facility which enables us to proactively address quality and design issues.

Aluminum

Our Aluminum supplier factory was established in 1992, is ISO 9002 certified and consists of a total area of 45,000sq meters.  We specialize in the production of Aluminum Alloy Extrusions for construction, residential and industrial use.  The factory is equipped with up-to-date machinery such as 550-2500 ton press machines from the U.S. and Japan.
 
We are able to produce a wide range of aluminum extrusion products that can be anodized to a spectrum of colours of silver, bronze, champagne and gold to name a few.  Powder coating and fluorocarbon spraying is also available.
